We offer a 100% return policy on all new products, except promotional items. Sale items are not covered under this guarantee.
Products purchased on sale cannot be returned. These purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged, even in the case of an incorrect size.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ava Vancouver does not cover return costs and is not responsible for any fees incurred during the return process.
Return requests must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Please respect this deadline to ensure your return can be processed.
Discounted items cannot be exchanged, even in the case of an incorrect size. We recommend carefully checking the size before completing your purchase.
We offer a full warranty on all defective products. If an item has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned for a full refund or an exchange, depending on the customer’s preference.
